Most automotive components are made of aluminum alloy. With the growing demand for unmanned workshops in modern manufacturing, stricter requirements have been placed on chip control—in many cases, aluminum chips must be limited to a length of ≤2 mm. This, in turn, places higher demands on PCD milling cutters.

PCD face milling cutters with chip breakers (grooves) are becoming increasingly popular. Our cutter employs PCD inserts that feature both chip breakers and chip splitters. At the same time, as cutting speeds have increased, lightweighting the cutter body has become equally important. To address this, our cutter adopts an aluminum alloy body design for weight reduction—effectively meeting the needs of modern manufacturing for high speed, high efficiency, and intelligence.
