It is suitable for the mass production of holes in non-ferrous automotive components. Its accuracy can reach 0.003mm, with a radial runout of 0.005mm and an axial runout of 0.005mm. When machining aluminum alloys, the precision can achieve IT7, partially IT6, with a surface roughness of Ra0.2 or below. It effectively eliminates burrs at the hole entrance, enabling highly efficient machining.
